Classical Pilates

Strong Core, Healthy Spine

An exercise programme that you'll look forward to, engages you and leaves you refreshed and alert with a feeling of physical and mental well-being. Classical Pilates uses the original exercises of Joseph Pilates, in the original order and the goal is to stay true to the original intent. The transitions between exercises become part of the workout so you’ll maintain your connection of the core muscles right from the start of the workout right through to the end.  This makes for a more intense and deeper workout, increasing its effectiveness and leading to faster results.

Classes are small and intimate in order to provide you with hands-on guidance and personalised instruction. Thoughtful modifications for individual needs are provided to support you in cultivating core alignment and self-awareness. Classes are Mon 0930, Tues 1815, Wed 1900 in Beach Haven, Auckland. 
$18 when you book for the term or $20 casual.

Reformer Workout

One-on-One Reformer Sessions

Enhanced Results

The best way to maximise results and deepen your understanding of the movement system is to book a private session. Sessions are 55 minutes and incorporate mat work, reformer, tower and small equipment appropriate to the individual needs of your body. Sessions available 9 am - 2:30 pm weekdays in Birkenhead, Auckland. $97.
